David Hinkson grew up in Long Beach California
David Hinkson’s parents are still together in 2013 and they raised David, his two brothers and sister in a nurturing and wholesome environment.
Early on it was obvious to both his parents that David Hinkson was not an ordinary child; his interests and pursuits were towards the scientific and mechanical early on. Instead of a cub scouts or little league uniform, he paraded around in a scientific coat as a child. People today would definitely classify him as a geek.
As a twelve year old, David Hinkson wasn’t interested in adolescent reading material and photos, instead, he read about Einstein, Tesla and other great scientists. David has a tremendous ability to read, comprehend and recall information.
He performed various mechanical experiments and, with kits, chemistry and electricity as well. Then, at the age of twelve, David Hinkson’s parents discovered that he was a bonafide automotive/mechanical genius when he started his first business; engine, automotive and motorcycle repair.
This all started after David’s father gave him a VW “Bug,”. and showed him how to use the Honda Repair Book that was on hand. Using the Honda Book, David Managed to figure out how the Bug worked and he immediately began fixing it up and driving it around their horse arena. He must have been able to visualize the transmission, because he was a natural shifter; very efficient.
When the family moved to Ouray Colorado, they brought along the Bug. As a high school sophomore, he worked late into the night completely disassembling and overhauling the engine. The next morning, David Hinkson proudly drove his “like new” car to school.
Graduating high school, David Hinkson joined the Navy. Naturally, they put him into mechanics, but this time it was jet turbine engines in helicopters like the Huey and Cobra. (picture of mechanic is not David Hinkson, but a picture circa 1974.
Of course, the mechanics would fly around in the helicopters to test out their overhauls. Obviously, this is a position where great trust is placed in the hands and mind of the mechanic. For people (such as the JDL) to suggest that David Hinkson, who also holds an honorary, yet hard-won, doctorate in naturopathy, is some sort of “wacko” that can’t reason and communicate clearly is utter non-sense, pure political slime.
Admittedly, like many people with advanced minds, David had a very high mental reason IQ, but a very low emotional IQ. History clearly records that Einstein, Edison, Tesla and Jefferson shared this same imbalance. Today, we give this type of emotional sensitivity (Tesla was a recluse and never married) a fancy name and call it a disorder; Asperger’s Syndrome, later to become his Aquiles heel.
Buried in his schooling, reading, repairing and experimenting, David didn’t make any close friends; he was always busy. His social skills were well up to the task of taking care of his customers and dealing with the helicopter crews and other mechanics. Once people get to know David, they are always surprised by his depth of knowledge in many subjects, and, on the other side, David can get over-focused on a project and loose himself in all sorts of fine details. That’s how David finally struck it rich; he started a dietary supplement business based on a process he had discovered to mineralize water. He also invented an inexpensive Ozone generator that is still manufactured today.
In college and beyond, his lack of social skills hurt him. Finding true friends was rare. His greatest shortcoming was his lack of discernment. He accepted people at face value not realizing there were true friends and other who were just users. In fact, he alienated most of those who were truly interested in helping him. David’s Asberger’s now comes into play: David Hinkson was getting rich and looking for friends. Of course, people came running to take advantage of him. The charlatans who wanted money or to steal David’s inventions would offer to help but then became frustrated because they couldn’t understand how he was able to create his end result. As is common, David Hinkson was not capable of sustaining a marriage of any emotional depth and this led to divorce.
David did long for friendship and welcomed people into his life, always hungry for companionship, searching for someone to relate with on his level. Tesla had Mark Twain, but such meetings are rare. David grew the company and fed the money into expansion. He built a large manufacturing facility and was the second largest employer in Idaho County, Idaho at the time he was arrested on false charges.
David Hinkson had another benign, but full-scale obsession; Tax Law. He had spent several years working for a prominent attorney in Las Vegas who reciprocated for David’s help in some mechanical problems. This attorney was amazed at how well David grasped the principles of law and started mentoring David in legal research. David learned that the Government is not invincible and that he could develop winning strategies for them simply by applying the laws as intended by the legislators. He ultimately was mentored and tutored by some great legal minds, and learned, among other things, how to research and write powerful legal briefs.
David Hinkson rigorously applied these legal skills by challenging the local IRS agent. David’s legal assault culminated in a thousand-page Brief to the Secretary of the US Treasury. In Washington, DC, David Hinkson was being a pest and one of the last agencies one would want to annoy is the IRS!
He also wrote blogs and hosted a radio show that explained his legal battle. That’s all it was, a legal battle; a point one cannot overstress enough. What happens next is positively criminal.
November 21, 2003 – David Hinkson is served a warrant and “arrested.” The Feds criminalized his case out of the blue. David was alone at home sound asleep when FIFTY armed agents pulled him out of bed and put a pistol to his head. About half of the men were armed SWAT types with machine guns and wearing ear plugs. All this for one man? It’s nothing more than a war party trigger-happy for any sign of resistance where they can mow their target down. After David was in custody, one wonders what the SWAT fellows were thinking as they removed their ear plugs and tossed them in the yard.
March 2013 – David Hinkson is still a political prisoner being held in prison in violation of both Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit precedent. What some Judges in the Ninth Circuit are doing its Judicial misconduct of the ugliest kind.
